To start using the software, it’s very simple, just start entering your data in the order of the below categories:

1) Enter the basic data like company, suppliers, customers, products

2) Enter variables like VAT, product categories if you want to run statistics, payment terms, currencies and many more data that you can use to, depending if you run a local or international business and your type of activity

3) Start creating documents, using the data you entered: quotation, order confirmation, etc. You can export documents in CSV if you want to import them in Excel or other spreadsheets like Libreoffice, or in PDF forma for sending them via mail or printing them

• Enter your company data, it will be used in documents like quotation, order confirmation, invoice,…
• Logo: you can upload a company logo and decide wether to use it or not in your documents

• In the bottom side menu in Configs/Document setup, you can setup the appearance of your documents like logo, bottom notes, to personalize the look of the documents

• You have more small businesses? You can enter also another company and use which one you need in your operations and documents

• All your customer’s and supplier’s data in one place and always updated: address, numbers, people, payment terms, bank account, notes, and much more
